London Borough of Enfield are developing towards an industrial estate BID with the guidance of the North London Industrial Estates Netowrk and the North London Chamber of Commerce, but to date have not achieved a positive result.

Although most businesses would like the services on offer, they expect that all costs be covered by the taxes and business rates they are currently paying, especially in the current economic climate.
